AXIOM War Room — Best Ball Lab Chrome Extension

AXIOM War Room ("AXIOM," "we," "our") is a fantasy football draft analytics extension for Google Chrome. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

AXIOM collects the following data to provide its core functionality:

Google account email and name — collected during sign-in to identify your account and keep your data private.
Draft board data — player picks, draft positions, and roster information read from DraftKings and Underdog Fantasy draft pages. This data is used to generate your personal draft analytics.
Community ADP data — aggregated, anonymized average draft position data derived from all users' draft lobbies. No individual user's picks are identifiable in community data.

How We Use Your Data

To generate personal draft analytics, exposure tracking, and roster construction reports for your account.
To compute aggregated community ADP statistics that benefit all users.
To authenticate your identity and keep your personal draft history private.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect browsing history, keystrokes, mouse movements, or any activity outside of DraftKings and Underdog Fantasy draft pages.
We do not collect financial information, payment details, or contest entry data.
We do not collect health, location, or personal communications data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in a cloud database (Supabase) with per-user access controls. Authentication is handled through Google OAuth via Supabase Auth. Your personal draft data is accessible only to your authenticated account. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized community ADP data is shared across all users as part of the platform's core functionality. No individual user's drafts or picks are identifiable in this aggregated data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

AXIOM integrates with the following third-party services:

Google OAuth — for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Supabase — for data storage and authentication. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

AXIOM reads data from DraftKings and Underdog Fantasy draft pages but does not modify, interact with, or transmit data to those platforms.

Your Rights

You may request access to all personal data we hold about you.
You may request correction or deletion of your personal data.
You may sign out and revoke the extension's access at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
